- We offer a 7-day refund policy for natural oils and physical products purchased from Viraa Care if the product packaging is unopened and in its original condition. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
- In the case of receiving the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it once proof of the issue is furnished, and it is determined that the mistake was not on the customer's part. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the incorrect or damaged product to initiate the replacement process.
