Good Gut Synbiotic Sprinkle By Feed Me Good
A tasteless prebiotic + probiotic sprinkle made to support digestion, gut balance, nutrient absorption and everyday immunity in kids 3+ Years
Fix What You Can't See
Your child's gut works quietly in the background. But when it's out of balance, everything starts showing up outside — appetite, digestion, energy, immunity, and how much nutrition their body actually uses.
When the gut works, everything works.
Supports smoother digestion and everyday comfort.
A strong gut = a strong defence.
Helps support natural immunity from within.
It's not about eating more.
It's about helping the body absorb better.
Good food means less if not used right.
Helps make every bite count as part of a balanced diet.
Food Goes In. Nutrition Doesn't.
You can serve the right food. You can try every trick. But if the gut isn't working well, your child may still miss out on what their body needs.
This Isn't Just A Food Problem.
More food ≠ More nutrition
It's not only about what goes in. It's about what actually gets used.

STILL WONDERING?
No. Feed Me Good is a synbiotic dietary supplement made with probiotic + prebiotic support. It's designed to support gut health, digestion, nutrient absorption and everyday immunity as part of a balanced diet.
Good Gut is for children aged 3 years and above. Below 3, a child's gut is still settling into its own pattern, and we'd rather you speak to a paediatrician or one of our nutritionists before adding anything.
No. It's an unflavoured, unsweetened powder — no syrup, no colour, no "strawberry." Mixed into dahi, a smoothie, or dal, it disappears. Most children never know it's there, which is the whole point.
One sachet on alternate days. Not daily. The gut doesn't need a flood — it needs a steady, regular nudge. Pick a fixed slot (breakfast dahi, evening smoothie) so it becomes a habit you don't have to think about.
Please don't. Probiotics are living bacteria and heat kills them. Never add it while cooking or to anything steaming. Warm is fine — once the food is at a temperature your child can eat comfortably, sprinkle it in and stir. Room temperature or cold is ideal.
Yes. Room-temperature or lukewarm milk works well, as does a milkshake or smoothie. Just not boiling-hot milk straight off the stove — let it cool first. Dahi, buttermilk, and lassi are also great carriers.
No, and we'll say it more strongly than most brands: nothing in a sachet replaces a home-cooked meal. Good Gut is a bridge. It supports digestion, which helps natural hunger return, which helps your child eat more real food. If it's working, you should need it less over time — not more. It is not a milk mix, not a meal, and not a shortcut around vegetables.
Give curd — we love curd. But home or packet curd contains whatever bacteria happened to grow in it, in unknown amounts, and those numbers drop the longer it sits. You can't know what strain or how much your child is getting. Good Gut gives one specific, well-studied strain in a fixed, guaranteed dose (5 billion CFU), plus the prebiotic fibre that feeds it — something curd doesn't have. Think of curd as everyday maintenance and Good Gut as a targeted, measured top-up.
It's the name of the probiotic strain in Good Gut — Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, made by IFF (a global ingredient company) under the HOWARU®️ brand. It's one of the most studied probiotic strains in children, with research on digestion, regularity, and immune support. It's also third-party tested and verified free of heavy metals, which is not something most retail supplements can claim. Every sachet contains 5 billion live cultures
Probiotics are the good bacteria; prebiotics are their food. Inulin (from chicory root) and FOS are fibres your child can't digest but the bacteria in the gut can. Each sachet carries about 950mg of this fibre, so the HN019 strain arrives with its own meal and the child's existing good bacteria get fed too. That combination — probiotic plus prebiotic — is what makes Good Gut a synbiotic rather than just a probiotic. Bonus: most Indian kids are short on fibre anyway.
Yes, and this is one of the best times to use it. Antibiotics wipe out good bacteria along with the bad. Give Good Gut daily during the course, keeping a gap of at least 2–3 hours from the antibiotic dose, and continue for about two weeks after the course ends to help the gut recover. After that, go back to alternate days — or stop, if your child was already off it.
Six months, then stop. We're the first company to say this on the box, and we mean it. Six months is enough for the gut to reset and for better eating habits to take hold. After that, keep a pack at home for antibiotic courses, illness, or travel — the three times a child's gut takes a hit. If your child still struggles with food after six months, the answer isn't more sachets. It's a conversation with one of our nutritionists and a look at what's on the plate.
